According to a crew member, who claims to have worked on the set of28 Years Later,Cillian Murphyisn’t the zombie that can be seen in the trailer. Going by the name of PJ on Twitter, the social media user said that they had worked on the film in Northumberland as a freelancer and witnessed the studio filming the zombie scene, so they can vouch that it wasn’t actually Murphy. They also said that the person in the field was a local runner, who the studio hired as a zombie. Of course, as always, people should take opinions found on the internet with a pinch of salt until they are confirmed, but it does seem to fit in with areport by NMEandThe Guardianthat says the “zombie person” is a model and art dealer, who goes by the name of Angus Neill and was talent-spotted by Boyle, who was struck by his distinctive looks.
