Summary

At least six games under Warner Bros. Discovery’sCartoon Network Gamesand Adult Swim Games labels have recently been delisted digitally from various storefronts, including Steam and the Nintendo eShop. Each of theseCartoon Networkgames came with a message that they were removed by the publisher without much of a reason given. Gamers can no longer purchase these cult classic or fan favorite titles legally.

The delisting of these titles ties back into both Adult Swim Games and Cartoon Network Games' parent company, Warner Bros. Discovery. In recent times, Warner Bros. Discovery has shelved various nearly completed movies and delisted original films from streaming services in order to cut costs, with these efforts also affecting its video games as well. In March, several Adult Swim indie games were going to be delistedby Warner Bros. Discovery, which includedRick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality,Duck Game, andFist Puncher, among others. While some Adult Swim games were no longer at risk of being delisted, others didn’t receive any communication with Warner Bros. Discovery at the time, which resulted in another mass delisting.
