However, Season 1 aims to go out with a bang, asCall of Dutyand Netflix have partnered to bring theSquid GameEvent toBlack Ops 6andWarzone, complete withan Event Pass offering unique rewards.
How Does The Squid Game Event Pass Work?
TheSquid GameEvent Pass functions much like a mini Battle Pass and is available to all players at the start of theSquid GameEvent.The Passfeatures two tracks: a free track and a premium track, each offering ten rewards. To progress through theSquid GameEvent Pass and unlock its rewards, players mustreach XP milestonesby earning XP in eitherBlack Ops 6orWarzone, with 356,000 XP required to unlock every reward.
While all the rewards within the free track are available to all players, those on the premium track can only be earned once playerspurchase theSquid GameEvent Pass for 1,100 COD Points—equivalent to $9.99. Both tracks will level up simultaneously starting from January 3, meaning that players can always accumulate enough XP first and then purchase theSquid GameEvent Pass at a later date to acquire its premium rewards, if they prefer.

The Squid Game Event Pass and rewards will beavailable to claim until January 28 at 9 AM PT.Once the event ends, the Cleaver will enter the Armory for those who have not unlocked it. As for the other rewards, it is unlikely that they’ll return at a later date.
