During the main quest ofInfinity Nikki, Nikki will be tasked with repairing the Well of Fortune. you may collect four Whimstars and 25 Dews of Inspiration as you navigate the well, so it’s well worth taking the extra time to grab every last collectible during your visit.
Whimstars are used to unlock new ability costumes inInfinity Nikki, while Dews of Inspiration can be used to purchase items from Kilo the Cadenceborn once you meet them. Keeping a few Whimstars on hand will help you to progress through the main story more smoothly, since you’ll often need to make new outfits to continue.
The Entrance (Whimstars: 0, Dews of Inspiration: 3)
Before jumping down into the Well, you can grab two more Dews of Inspiration (not included in the 25 total) from a small nook in the corner. Once you’ve got them,hop down into the Well.From here, you can head down a passageway and past a Croaker. Here you’ll want to head to the right, finding a small side area containing three Dews of Inspiration. Once you’ve got them, head back to the main section to find and repair a Power Box, which will switch on the lights in the next section.
Waterway Begins (Whimstars: 3, Dew of Inspiration: 18)
After entering this section, turn left to find a side path with some platforms to jump on and some pipes blocking the way.Use the platforms and the Floating Outfitto get up and over the pipe, where you’ll find the first Whimstar.
Return the way you came once you’ve got it and look for pipes you’re able to jump onto on the left side of the main room, near the side path you just came back from. Hop up there to reach the raised platforms running across the room, well above the water. Head to the end to find two more Dews of Inspiration.
To get a few more Dew of Inspiration, reach the far side of this section (at ground level, or water level I guess?), which will trigger a scene where a large Croaker is being bothered by Monroefins. After the scene plays, help out the Croaker by repairing both of the Power Boxes nearby, then speak to them to get some help climbing up. Before heading down the big central path, turn left to find two more Dew of Inspiration,then turn right to find a pipe with a Whimstar inside.
To get two more Dew of Inspiration, glide down from where you found the Whimstar to reach the area shown above. Once you’ve hopped onto the pipe and grabbed the Dew of Inspiration, head back to the central path we mentioned earlier, to reach a room full of plants. You can jump up on some hanging shelves here to get two more Dew of Inspiration. Continuing further into the Well, you’ll drop down into a hallway. Go left first and look up to see three more Dew of Inspiration. Use the pipes to climb up to them, purify them, then retrace your steps and head right this time.
You’ll enter a large room with a big Croaker sitting in it. Head around to their left to find two more Dew of Inspiration, then head back to it and climb up to the left to get higher. Use the pipes and platforms up here to wrap around to the right and reach another Whimstar,along with three more Dew of Inspiration.The final Dew of Inspiration in this section can be found on the left as you head down the path toward the next section.
Winding Waterway (Whimstars: 1, Dew of Inspiration: 4)
The Winding Waterway begins with another Power Box puzzle. Once you’ve solved it to turn the lights on, you’ll need to hop across some lily pads while dodging bubbles. When you reach the spot shown in image 2, above, you’ll need to look right to find two more Dew of Inspiration. Continue down this platforming section to reach the Lotus Leaf Boat.
Talking to the Croaker here will get them to move the Lotus Leaf Boat for you. Ride the boat to the far side of the room, then look back the way you came and hop across the lily pads on the right to reach the diagonal pipe that spans the room. Climb up it to reach the Whimstar, stopping to grab two more Dew of Inspiration along the way. You now have all the Dew of Inspiration and all the Whimstars in the Well of Fortune.
