Assassination Classroomwas written by Yusei Matsui. The manga began serializing in the Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2012. The manga released 180 chapters, and all of them were compiled into 21 volumes. The manga has performed well in terms of sales. According to the last available report, Assassination Classroom has sold more than 25 million copies.
