The Enus Cognoscenti (Armored) is the armored variant of the luxury four-door sedan, the Enus Cognoscenti. It was introduced in the Executives and Other Criminals update and is visually inspired by real-life luxury vehicles, such as the Bentley Continental, just with added armor on the doors of the vehicle.
