Of course, players can battle their way to their spot of demise to pick up what they lost. But that’s only if they make it. So, gathering enough Jin to purchase everything they need throughout the main story can be quite challenging. Knowing where all the best spotsto farm currencyis key to racking up Jin. The combination of the best Jin farms, skills, and equipment makes all the difference when it comes to making it through this game alive.

1The Greenhouse Root Node

Easy Jin For Beginners

One of the earliest places for players to grind and farm Jin is right around the Greenhouse root node. The path directly to the left of this root node is where players canfight a mini-bossto collect the Avarice Jade. This Jade takes up two Computing Power when equipped but offers a 33% increase in Jin drops from enemies, making it essential for this farming operation.

To farm at the Greenhouse root node, players will need to climb the chain hanging directly to the left of it. Once at the top of the chain, they’ll find an enemy directly overhead. The best strategyis to wait for the enemy to have its back turned and strike from behind. Then, they can strike the hanging bell for additional Jin. Dropping directly underneath the walkway, players will also find four worm enemies they can take out for even more. Once these enemies are all dealt with, they can return to the root node to rest and repeat as many times as needed.

2The Power Reservoir (East) Root Node

Moderate Jin Farming

One of the more challenging areas for players just setting out is in the Power Reservoir (East). At the same time, it’s a decent location to farm Jin. Players should unlock the Shadow Strike skill inthe skill tree. If they’re returning at a later time and have collected the Avarice Jade, it will maximize the Jin collected in this location. Players should start by ascending to the next level when the enemy has its back turned. Striking from behind with Shadow Strike will make quick work of them, allowing Yi to continue to the right for an enemy with a spear and one with arrows.

Once these three enemies are taken down, players should move to the far right and drop down for a surprise attack on the two enemies below. As they continue to move right, they’ll need to climb and jump to the upper level, where four more enemies wait. There are two with shields that are most easily taken out from behind andtwo with arrows. From there, they can continue all the way to the left, take the chain that hangs down, and find another enemy. Finally, dropping below this platform will bring them to the last two enemies of this farming cycle. They can return to the root node to rest and repeat as many times as needed.

3The Empyrean District (Passages) Root Node

Advanced Jin Farming

The Empyrean District (Passages) offers playersthe chance to make bank. The primary method of attack works best with a combination of the Avarice Jade, Swift Descent Jade, Shadow Strike skill, and Cloud Piercer X Arrow. With this method, players will drop down directly from the root node to a large ninja. They can take this enemy out with the Cloud Piercer X Arrow in approximately two strikes from behind. Then, they can return to the root node to repeat as many times as they want.

An alternative method uses the Avarice Jade, the Pauper Jade, and the Shadow Hunter X Arrow. While Yi is cut off from the enemies above and toward the right of this area, players can take these enemies out with this arrow. The Pauper Jade allows for the longer-distance collection of Jin. They can fire arrows at the enemies above, take out the ninja at the bottom, and then take out those to the right of the room.
