Summary
Dragon Age: The Veilguardpresents players with a lot of decisions to make. Many of these decisions are incredibly challenging, as the results can lead to devastating consequences. Others are more playful, leading to building bonds with companions. One decision players whoopted for a Rogue protagonistwill have to make is what Specialization type they’d like to be.
The Saboteur Specialization is closely associated with the Lords of Fortune and focuses on explosive attacks. If players choose this option, they’ll want weaponsthat capitalize on dealing immense physical damage. This Rogue Specialization will use all three weapons to destroy their enemies, making it crucial to find the best weapons.

1Weisshaupt’s Wail
Exceptional Light Attack Damage
Weisshaupt’s Wail is a great option for an early Saboteur build. Players will want a sword that packs a powerful punch to deal the most damage possible. As this weapon is enhanced by finding additional copies, players will gain better perks, including the ability to Rally Party with Final attacks.
This blade can be purchased for 450 Gold from the Grey Warden Faction Vendor. Players should regularly upgrade this weapon at the Caretaker’s Workshop and enchant it with 10% Weapon Damage to cause themost damage possibleagainst their enemies.

2Barbed Longsword
Incredible Stagger
The Barbed Longsword is an offhand weapon that’s great for staggering enemies. Even as an uncommon weapon, it increases the duration of stagger by 25%, making it highly effective in hectic battles. To make it even more effective, players can enchant itwith the 25% Stagger Enchantment.
Because of all the extra Stagger, this weapon is highly versatile and can be used in both early and late-game Saboteur builds. It pairs well with high-damage-inducing main-hand weapons. Players can obtain this weapon from a chest in the Temple Courtyard in Dock Town.

3Azure Bow
Outstanding Accuracy
The Azure Bow is a solid choice for the Saboteur as it offers enhanced Hipfire damage. For players always on the move, this is a must-have perk. Players can boost this effect by adding the +20% Hipfire Damage Enchantment. While this Bow can be found relatively early on, it’s a great option for the endgame.
Another benefit of this weapon is the increased Arrow capacity. Not only that, once the Bow reaches Legendary rarity, its damage increases based on that Arrow capacity, making it even more powerful. Players can find the Azure Bow in a chest in the Warden’s Vault.

4Keen With A Twist
Extra Critical Damage
Inflicting the most damage possibleis essential for a Saboteur to survive their battles. One way to do this is by inflicting Bleeding. Keen with a Twist is a Saber that inflicts high physical damage and decent Stagger. When its rarity is increased, it also inflicts Bleeding, making it a highly effective main-hand weapon.
This weapon can be obtained in a Floating Archive Temple chest or purchased from the Lords of Fortune Faction Vendor for 350 Gold once the shop reaches level 3. Players can get even more out of this Saber by adding the +10% Weapon Damage Enchantment.

5Dragon’s War Bow
Fire And Electric Damage
The Dragon’s War Bow isan interesting weapon, as it offers great damage and Stagger in its common form. It can be steadily upgraded to an outstanding weapon at the Caretaker’s Workshop. With the combination of Fire and Electric damage, Rook can cause some serious harm to their enemies.
To cause even more damage, players can add the +20% Armor Damage Enchantment to deal with those foes that have extra protections. This Longbow can be found in the Rivain Coast during “The Warden Vault” quest or purchased from the Shadow Dragons Faction Vendor once they reach level 4.

6Antivan Rapier
Necrotic Damage And High Stagger
The Antivan Rapier is a versatile weapon. It’s great forthe Duelist Specializationbecause it offers Necrotic damage. But since its Stagger is so high, it makes a perfect option for a Saboteur build. It also doesn’t hurt that once it reaches Uncommon rarity, Rook will gain some Necrotic resistance.
This weapon works well with the +10% Weapon Damage Enchantment. Players can pick up this weapon in a couple of places, including a chest in the Streets of Coin Financials in Treviso and from the Rank 2 Antivan Crows Faction Vendor.
