This is the easiest step. All you need to do is drop your current life, go to the menu, and create a new character with the USA as their country and the city of Los Angeles as their birthplace. You will be able to see the option in the menu, so finding it won’t be a problem for you.
With the first step done, it’s time to age up the character until they are ready to start working and dating. Just a quick heads-up: avoiddoing anything criminalbecause it could make things trickier for the later steps in this challenge.
