Summary
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6players online continue to share their frustrations about the game’s spawn logic months after its initial release. Fixing spawn logic has always been a tough task for theCall of Dutyseries, although the issues seem to be particularly prominent inBlack Ops 6.
It has been just over two months since the launch ofCall of Duty: Black Ops 6, and while the game was largely received positively by gamers initially, players have not been shy about voicing their concerns in the time since. Fans recently discovered thatone ofCall of Duty’s most iconic modes is still broken inBlack Ops 6, with players encountering an issue never before seen in the mode. The good news is that Treyarch has been very receptive to feedback inBlack Ops 6so far, even if spawn logic is a uniquely complicated issue.

Redditor Bulleit_Mermaid shared gameplay footage of theirBlack Ops 6Stakeoutmatch, in which they die consecutive times without a chance to actually shoot back. They can even see where the enemy is killing them from the opposite balcony. This is a frustrating issue with the spawns that players have been complaining about since launch. Some gamers in the thread pointed out that they’re willingly playing the smallest map in the game in Stakeout, but another clip from Redditor RagnarockDoom shows a similar thing happening on Subsonic. Comparatively, Subsonic is a much larger map, so it shouldn’t be suffering from these kinds of problems.
Black Ops 6 Players Are Still Frustrated At Spawn Logic
Unfortunately, it has been evident since launch thatBlack Ops 6has spawn problems. Although gamers have been pretty vocal about the issue, players were complaining about the exact same thing as far back as 2007’sCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. This is not a new problem, but if it was an easy fix, it has to be assumed it would have been solved a very long time ago. Hopefully, the studio will endeavor to make improvements, as the current situation is understandably frustrating, old problem or not.
Spawn issues aside, hopefully 2025 will bring plenty forBlack Ops 6fans to look forward to. It has already been confirmed that theCall of DutyxSquid Gamecollaboration is releasing on January 3, bringing new Operator skins, weapon blueprints, and more. Treyarch has yet to reveal when players can expect to hear of Duty: Black Ops 6Season 2, although given Season 1 Reloaded was released at the start of December, it’s likely not too far away.
