The roster of maps inBlack Ops 6Zombies is each unique in its own way, but there’s no denying that Citadelle Des Morts may be one of the greatest. Players diving into this map for the first time may simply be looking to survive to the highest round they can. However, there arevarious Easter Eggs that players can uncover.
Citadelle Des Morts harbors a wide range of secrets just like the other Zombies maps before it, from spawning in free Perks to completing aside Easter Egg tied to one of the main crew members.One secret that players might not expect, however, is lighting up fireplaces to gain an advantage against the coming undead. Here ishow to complete the Fire Protector Easter Egg on Citadelle Des Morts.
How To Activate The Fire Protector Easter Egg
To activate the Fire Protector Easter Egg, players will need tolight four different fireplacesaround the map. While Molotovs will do the trick, it’s best that players get their hands onthe Caliburn Fire Swordbeforehand, as they will only have a small window to light each fireplace.
While these fireplaces can be lit in any order, players should be sure to light each fireplace in the order showcased in this guide to cut down on time.
Tavern Fireplace Location
The first fireplace can befound in the Tavern within the Town Square,specifically on the wall facing the staircase that leads to the Tavern Cellar. Players can easily light this fireplace ablaze witha single strike of their sword.
Once done, players shouldhead down to the Tavern Cellarand spend 500 Essence tofast travel to the Entrance Hall, as doing so will allow them to reach the subsequent fireplaces before the one at the Tavern burns out.
Sitting Rooms Fireplace Location
Once players fast travel to the Entrance Hall, they should turn right and immediately hurdle over the railing leading down to the first floor, before spinning around andheading into the Sitting Rooms.The next fireplace is located just tothe left of the Stamin-Up Perk Machineand can beset alight with a strike from Caliburn.
Alchemical Lab Fireplace Location
Once players have lit the fireplace in the Sitting Rooms, they should turn back around andtake the left exit leading into the Alchemical Lab.Another fireplace can befound to the right of this room, just before heading into the Dining Hall. It can be pretty hard to reach with just the Caliburn Sword alone, buttossing a Molotov insideshould do the trick.
Dining Hall Fireplace Location
The final fireplace can befound inside the Dining Hall(accessible from the Alchemical Lab),justunderneath Vulture Aid.Striking this final fireplace with Caliburn willactivate the Fire Protector Easter Egg.Once activated, various flaming projectiles will erupt from the fireplace, setting all zombies in the area ablaze.
