A distinct draw toControlislearning and using the various powersthat the protagonist, Jesse Faden, can use to obliterate her opponents throughout the Oldest House. Beyond playing this heroine with superheroic tendencies and unraveling the mysteries of the Federal Bureau of Control, Jesse also has a wide range of outfits that players can unlock for Jesse by completing certain tasks in the game, and they each bring a different style that players can choose for themselves.
While none of the outfits offer any gameplay changes for Jesse — there won’t be any buffs or bonuses for wearing certain ones — they bring a different feeling to the character. It’s a small way that the game allows players to craft their own experience while exploring the labyrinthine corridors of the Oldest House. Some outfits unlock automatically while playing through the game’s story, but others can take quite a bit of effort to unlock.
How To Unlock All Outfits In Control
In total,there are 12 outfitsthat players can unlock and use inControl. Unfortunately, some of these outfits were only available when the game launched and are no longer for players to unlock if they haven’t done so already. However, there are still plenty of other options that are worth tracking down.
The default appearance for Jesse in the game. Unlocked automatically.
Golden Suit
Achieve Clearance Level 5 and completethe Luck & ProbabilityEaster egg puzzle in the Research Sector of the Oldest House.
Asynchronous Suit
Achieve Clearance Level 6 and finish theSelf-Reflection side questin the Research Sector of the Oldest House. Once done, pick this outfit up off a mannequin in theSynchonicity Lab.
Candidate P7
Achieve Clearance Level 6, then head tothe Prime Candidate Programarea of theContainment Sector. The outfit can be found in a locker here.
Janitor’s Assistant
Complete all theWhat a Messmissions for Ahti. During the last mission, What a Mess: Take a Break, the outfit can be found on the corkboard in the Janitor’s Office.
Complete theTake Controlmain story mission.
Extradimensional Suit
Only obtainable in the game’sAWE DLCexpansion. In this DLC, players must complete theSHUM and SHUM 2 side missions.
