Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas included 14 Star Paths since its release in 2022. Over the course of its history so far, these updates have been themed to its character updates and various holidays. However, not all Star Paths reach the same levels of quality. With players often having to wait for these Star Path items to refresh or return toDisney Dreamlight Valley’s Premium Shop, it’s important to know which Star Paths originally introduced the items and if they’re up to snuff.
S-Tier Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s latest Star Path is currently the best one the game has ever seen. TheFrost & Fairies Star Pathmay not feature two character Dream Styles, but it gives players the opportunity to earn a House Dream Style in one of the Star Path’s bonus tiers. Additionally, the Star Path includes eight furniture items, much more than its predecessors. These additional items push Frost & Fairies over the edge to be the best Star Path inDisney Dreamlight Valley.

While the spooky theming of the Haunted Holiday Star Path certainly delighted some gamers, its eight motifs once again make it a bit lackluster in comparison to other Star Paths. However, Haunted Holiday only features one Mickey and Friends character Dream Style (Donald). Theother Dream Style is Stitch, putting this Star Path higher than others due to the inclusion of the cute alien.
The Royal Winter Star Path similarly features seven motifs, making it feel lackluster. But, both of its character Dream Styles are not Mickey and Friends characters. Rather, players canearn Belle and Ariel’s iconic winter outfitsin the Star Path in addition to the typical premium companion and fourteen other items.

The Lovely Monsters Star Path has its sixteen items spread out across clothing, furniture items, and motifs. Its character Dream StylesareMonsters Inc. characters, in line with the Star Path’s theming. Players can earn both Mike and Sulley in theirMonsters Universityletterman jackets, in addition to a premium turtle companion and the additional fourteen items that come in a typical Star Path.
B-Tier Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths
The Centennial Star Path finally hits a quota of sixteen items, the premium companion, and two character Dream Styles. However, both of the Dream Stylesare themed to Mickey and Friends, with players able to earn Platinum Minnie and Platinum Mickey. Because Mickey and Friends Dream Styles are so common in Star Paths, the Centennial Star Path feels less special than others. Additionally, items are once again overloaded with motifs, this time featuring nine in this Star Path.
The Day at Disney Star Path also hits its quotas, with a premium companion, two character Dream Styles (Minnie and Daisy), and 16 items total. These items are also spread fairly evenly among furniture, clothing, and motifs. It’s a fairly average Star Path overall.
The Disney Parks Star Path also has the standard premium companion, two character Dream Styles (Donald and Goofy), and sixteen items total. One would expect its nine motifs to put this Star Path below Day at Disney. However, due to the Disney Parks theming of the Star Path, its furniture items are large park rides. The uniqueness of these items set it apart from Day at Disney.
C-Tier Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths
The Festive Star Path alsofaces issues similar to those of the Pixar Fest and Villains’ Star Paths. As the third Star Path in the game, it also featured fewer items, fifteen, than the standard number going forward. Eight of these items were motifs, leaving much to be desired by fans. However, this was the first Star Path to include a character Dream Style, with Merry Mickey available in Tier 6 for free.
Wonder of Pixar is the secondPixar-themed Star Path introduced toDisney Dreamlight Valley. Like other Star Paths, Wonder of Pixar did include the premium Tier 1 and a character Dream Style. This Dream Style was even different compared to other Dream Styles typically found in Star Paths, as it featured Buzz Lightyear rather than a character from Mickey & Friends. However, most Star Paths feature two Dream Styles. This combined with the nine motifs in the Star Path out of its sixteen items, makes the Wonder of Pixar Star Path feel less magical than others.
TheDapper Delights Star Pathis once again, sparse compared to others. With only one Donald Duck-themed character Dream Style, this Star Path feels lacking. However, items are spread fairly equally in the Star Path, with a somewhat even amount of furniture, motifs, and clothing available in Dapper Delights. This pushes the Star Path over Wonder of Pixar.
TheMajesty and Magnolias Star Pathseems pretty great at first glance. With five pieces of furniture and five clothing items, this Star Path seems superior to other Star Paths that are filled with motifs. However, it is once again lacking the typical two-character Dream Styles. Because it lacks the typical number of items, it may feel less fulfilling to some players.
D-Tier Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths
The second Star Path inDisney Dreamlight Valley, the Villains’ Star Path, was also lacking in items. Like the Pixar Fest Star Path, this was likely due to how new the game was. However, it did feature the typical Tier 1 Premium companion despite only fourteen items being included in the Star Path.
Like the Night Show Star Path, the game’s first star path featured only thirteen items. While the lack of items could be due to the game’s newness, fans were nevertheless disappointed by the sparseness of the Pixar Fest Star Path. The Star Pathdid introduce more Pixar materialtoDisney Dreamlight Valley, which was lacking in comparison to traditional Walt Disney Animation Studios properties upon release. Nevertheless, with no character Dream Styles and only thirteen items, the Pixar Fest Star Path ranks low.
F-Tier Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths
The Night Show Star Path, released earlier this fall, received criticism immediately upon release. Players had expected a Halloween-themed Star Path to celebrate the holiday, but instead received a punk show-themed battle pass. In addition to the disappointing theming, the Star Path only featured thirteen free items in comparison to the typical sixteen. While it did have a premium companion, like most Star Paths, the pass also lacked any character Dream Styles. These missing items make the Night Show Star Path not just the worst one to date, but the most disappointing.
