Mondstadt’s Starfell Valley is one of the four areas in the first region ofGenshin Impact. This area is home to a lot of pleasant sights and hilly terrain. It is also the area where the game begins for every player. For players looking to collect Anemoculus, one of the most important collectibles spread across Mondstadt, you will have the opportunity to obtain12 Anemoculito level up theStatue of the Sevenby multiple levels.
It is best to attempt collecting Anemoculi in this area after finishing up withthe Galesong Hill area. However, if you wish to increase your exploration progress in Starfell Valley, then look no further than this succinct guide to help you shave off plenty of time.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 1
This is likely to be the first Anemoculus you will come across as you start your journey inGenshin Impact.Make your way to theStatue of The Seven in Windriseto find this Anemoculus nestled between a pair of trees.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 2
The Anemoculi found in Stormbearer Point andStormbearer Mountainscan only be accessed after completing Act 1 of the Archon Quest Prologue. Once you have done this, teleport to the first Statue of The Seven you unlocked in Starfell Lake and head northeast until you find a tower.
A good way to get this Anemoculus is to complete the Time Trial Challenge, which automatically puts you at the top of the tower, from where you may glide down to obtain the Anemoculus.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 3
This Anemoculus atStormbearer Pointis a tricky one to find, as the indicator on the map doesn’t correlate with the actual position it is in. You will have to glide down the cliff to find this Anemoculus.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 4
The first Anemoculus in the Stormbearer Mountains sub-area can be seenfloating in the air. You can either use the Anemograna to create a wind current or climb up the camp and glide down from it to obtain the Anemoculus.

Much like the third Anemoculus in the guide, the marker on the map can confuse you at first glance. You will have toglide off a cliffto obtain this Anemoculus, which is guarded by a few Anemo slimes.

Head up from the teleport waypoint close to theTemple of the Falcondomain. Climb up a few unimposing cliffs to find this Anemoculus atop a broken pillar surrounded by two Hilichurls.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 7
From the previous Anemoculus, continue eastward until you stumble across apond with unique architecturesurrounding it. You can spot this Anemoculus on top of the broken arch-like structure.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 8
Head inside theThousand Winds Templeand be careful not to trigger theRuin Guard, as it is a powerful enemyin the early game ofGenshin Impact.Hug the right side of the temple to find the Anemoculus on top of a pillar that requires minimal climbing.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 9
Climb themountain to the north of the Thousand Winds Temple. Once you reach the western edge, you’re able to spot the marker on your mini-map. Head down to find a pile of rocks that can be broken quickly bycharacters that wield a Claymore. The Anemoculus can be collected upon breaking the rocks.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 10
The best way to get to this Anemoculus is byteleporting to Mondstadt Cityand exiting on the eastern side. You can see a small island with an Anemo Monument and a Cryo Abyss Mage. Defeat the latter and activate the former byusing an Anemo character. Glide up the wind current and go forward to obtain the Anemoculus.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 11
Continue onward from the previous location to find aneven smaller islandwith another Anemo Monument. Similar to the previous Anemoculus, activate the mechanism and ride the wind current to collect it.
Starfell Valley Anemoculus Location 12
The final Anemoculus in Starfell Valley is the most time-consuming one. Teleport toStormbearer Pointand equipthe Anemo Traveler and Kaeya. From this point onward, start using Kaeya’s E ability and the Anemo Traveler’s E ability to create and expandice bridges.
You will have to do this slowly until you’re able to spot a mysterious island. Continue toice-bridge your way across to the island. Once you reach this cast-off location, head to the end of the island and use an Anemo character tocreate a wind currentwith the Anemograna to collect the last Anemoculus in Starfell Valley.
