Her Charged Attack enables her to enter Aiming Mode, allowing players to carefully select targets and apply AoE Cryo damage. Unlike otherweapon types inGenshin Impact, Catalysts apply elemental damage with Normal Attacks.
Genshin Impact 5.3: Citlali Kit Revealed
Citlali’s Elemental Skill, Dawnfrost Darkstar, deploys a shield that scales with her Elemental Mastery. The shield is 250% more effective against Cryo damage. The skill also summons Itzpapa, who can enter a special state if Citlali has at least 50 Nightsoul points. While in this state, Citlali periodically damages nearby enemies with Cryo attacks. When Itzpapa is on the field, triggeringGenshin Impact’s Frozen or Melt reactionsreduces the enemy’s Pyro and Hydro resistance by 20%.
This synergy makes Citlali a strong support option for team compositions centered around these elemental reactions. She will likely be anexcellentGenshin Impactsupportfor her banner colleague, the long-awaited Pyro Archon, Mavuika. Citlali’s Elemental Burst, Edict of Entwined Splendor, is more straightforward. It deals massive AoE Cryo damage in front of her and restores a set amount of Nightsoul points. The Burst also summons a Spiritvessel Skull near enemies, which explodes after a short duration and are limited to three enemy targets.
