Helldivers 2 Ultra Heavy Armor Fan Concept Includes a Minigun
Zealousideal_Hope_59’s Ultra Heavy Armor concept imagines a new class of armor above the current three classes inHelldivers 2. If implemented as conceptualized, Ultra Heavy Armor would be the toughest armor in the game, with double the armor rating compared toHelldivers 2Heavy Armor. However, it would be even less mobile, slowing players down considerably. Ultra Heavy Armor would even let users carry a heavy support weapon in the form of a multiple-barrel minigun capable of turning players into a walking Gatling Sentry stratagem. The art also had a fun extra detail: Tally mark decorations on the armor represent not the kills the character has made, but the number of people who’ve worn the armor but died inside it.
Fellow players praised the concept, likening the armored character in the concept toJuggernaut from the X-Menand the Juggernaut Suit power-up inCall of Duty. A few joked that if implemented, Arrowhead would have to add a new “big boy” body type to theHelldivers 2character customization settings to come up with a model able to fit into the massive armor suit.
