How To Increase Diligence In Persona 4 Golden
Like all your social stats, there are many books you can read which give you points in Diligence. You’ll get points in Diligence for every chapter you read, with each book having multiple chapters. Books arepurchased from the Bookstore in the Central Shopping District, with more becoming available as you get further into the main story. The following books give you Diligence:
Reading the Hyperspeed Reading book allows you to read two chapters at once.
Eat At Aiya
On various days of the week when it’s sunny, you may stop by Aiya to eat a bowl that specifically increases Diligence. Onrainy days, you can attempt the Mega Beef Bowl Challenge, which will give you three random social stat points minus Expression. One of these is Diligence, though you may not always get a point in the stat with this method.
Folding Envelopes & Working At The Pub
Starting on 4/23, you can get part-time jobs from the Job Bulletin Board found in Central Shopping District, North. Once you’ve accepted the job, you canfold Envelopes by interacting with the table in your room. Doing this job will give you points in Diligence, with your pay also increasing depending on your rank in Diligence.
You can read “Office Work Manual” to increase the amount of Diligence earned from folding Envelopes.
On 5/25, you’ll also get access to the Pub Dishwasher job, which also increases Diligence and will have your pay determined by your current Diligence rank.
Going To Practice
After choosing tojoin a Sports Team, you can go to practice to try and rank up the corresponding social link or to just practice. No matter what team you joined, going to practice will give you points in Diligence.
Gardening
On 5/22 you’ll unlock the Gardenon the side of the house. At night you’re able to choose to garden with Nanako, which will require you to first buy seeds. Gardening gives points in Diligence along with social link points for Nanakoand Dojimaif he is home and offers to help. Gardening is also a great way to get SP restoration items to use in the TV World.
