Players can start this quest by speaking toNicoinStoneville, which is southwest of Memorial Mountains and west of Breezy Meadow.
He’ll tell Nikki of the discovery that taking a photo from a certain angle can look liketwo scarecrows holding hands and raising the Flamecrest Festival bunting. According to the Oxford Dictionary, a bunting is a “flag or other colorful, festive decoration.” (I had no idea what it was!)
The bunting in question is the decorative line of paper designs hung on the wooden fence on the porch of the building behind Rico.
To complete the quest, you essentially need to get in the right position in front of theblue and red-shirt-wearing scarecrows near Ricoand then snap a photo when the shiny gold rectangle pops up –it’ll say “Scarecrows Pulling Bunting.”
