Your skill level is determined by your Win-Loss ratio, meaning that in order to rank up inMarvel Rivals, you must essentially continue to perform well and farm victories throughout your matches. Consecutive Victories make ranking up quicker, while consecutive losses can hinder your progress by losing the percentage you gained in past victories. Your skill level is also shared in general/among the entire roster, rather than determined on a role-by-role basis, due to the free will topick any team compositioninMarvel Rivals, so players should keep this in mind.

Lastly, with each season that comes and passes, there is likely to be Competitive event rewards. This has already been seen in Season 0 where players who reach the Gold Rank at any point throughout the season will receive a free cosmetic for Moon Knight, where players who manage to hit Grandmaster and above will also gain a Crest of Honor.
