When the hero transforms, large spikes erupt from his back and arms, giving him something of a porcupine appearance. The new form is also incredibly bulky and less muscular than his default skin. The video does not show a third version of Hulk, leading some players to speculate that the large, spiked transformation is actually Monster Hulk instead of Hero Hulk.
