Based on reports, My Dress-Up Darling’s second season will not undergo any drastic changes to the core cast or the staff. In fact, the main voice cast will reprise their respective roles for season two.
If My Dress-Up Darling season two makes any additions to the voice cast, they could be announced before the show premieres.
The staff from the first season of the anime will also reprise their roles. So, Keisuke Shinohara will be directing the anime, and Yoriko Tomita will be handling the scripts. Kazumasa Ishida is in charge of character designs, while Takeshi Nakatsuka will be composing the music. CloverWorks will be producing the second season. The studio has worked on The Elusive Samurai, Spy x Family, and The Promised Neverland.

My Dress-Up Darling has done well in terms of sales. It has sold over 12 million copies, making it one of the better-selling rom-com series. A spin-off manga titled Bisque Doll de chu began serializing in December 2024.
My Dress-Up Darling’s anime adaptation was announced in 2021. The first season of the anime premiered on Aug 01, 2025, and it ran for 12 episodes.
