Among the many Unique bosses inPath of Exile 2, Mighty Silverfist is the one that seems to give people the most trouble so far, especially those who aren’t prepared for some serious monkey business. Fighting this boss might not be mandatory, but doing so at least once guarantees should fast-track your character’s progression by a little bit.
Mighty Silverfist may be nowhere near as difficult asCount Geonor inPoE 2, but he can still be a troublesome enemy to fight. This guide covers where this giant ape can be found, as well as one key tip on how to beat it.

Mighty Silverfist Location in Path of Exile 2
This unique boss isfound in the Jungle Ruins zoneright outside the Ziggurat Encampment in Act 3. Players who are rushingthe main quests ofPoE 2might end up missing him since he’s just an optional boss. Since maps are randomly generated for each player, pinpointing the exact location of this boss is going to be impossible. However, Mighty Silverfist always appears in theTemple Ruinslandmark, which should always besomewhere in the middle of the jungle.
Players should be able tospot the Temple Ruins more easily by enlarging the minimap(press Tab or D-pad Down). This essentially puts the minimap in the middle of your screen, giving you a clearer view of your surroundings. Pay attention to any text that appears, as landmarks like the Temple Ruins are always indicated on the minimap.

How to Beat Mighty Silverfist
While he may not seem special at first, Mighty Silverfist is actually very dangerous, especially for melee characters. This oversized Quadrilla hasvery strong slam attacks that can one-shot ill-prepared playerswho think they can tank a giant stone pillar to the face.
Thankfully, Mighty Silverfist’s attacks are slow, especially the ones that can instantly kill players, encouraging players to usePoE 2’sdodge roll mechanic. If you’re having trouble getting out of the way, treat it like aSoulsgame boss fight— pay attention to the boss' weapon, anddodge the moment it starts to swing at you. As always, patience helps a lot, so if you can’t burst the big monkey’s health bar down quickly, play the long game and focus on dodging.

If you’re using a Physical damage build, make sure to break the boss' armor first, as he can absorb a fair amount of punishment. Additionally, keep in mind that most cast and recovery animations can be cancelled by dodging.
Rewards
Mighty Silverfist isn’t tied to any quests, but after beating him for the first time, you’ll get a Book of Specialization, an item that grants you twoWeapon Set Passive Skill Points inPoE 2. They work much like regular Skill Points, except they can be allocated to either of your weapon sets.
Additionally, since Mighty Silverfist is a unique boss, he has a better chance of dropping decent loot for players. The rates won’t be the same as Act bosses, however, but if you ever find yourself in the Jungle Ruins of Act 3, then you might as well hunt Mighty Silverfist down.
