Developer DeNA is now following up on that activity with yet another Wonder Pick event, which kicked off in the early morning hours ET on Friday, December 6. The new event features twoPokemon TCG Pocketpromo cards: Bulbasaur and Magnemite. Both have a chance to appear in Chansey Picks for the duration of the promotion. Game Rant’s preliminary testing suggests that all five cards in the ongoing Chansey Picks have a chance of being one of the two promo offerings. In that instance, the cost of the pick will be two Wonder Stamina points—a price that some players might find a bit steep. As per usual, one WS point is recharged every 12 hours, up to a maximum of five.

The newly launchedPokemon TCG Pocketeventalso marks the return of Bonus Picks, which are free to use but less rewarding. Instead of five cards, the Bonus Pick reward pool comprises just one card and four items. On the bright side, during the last several WP events, new Bonus Picks became available every hour, which will ostensibly be the case this time around as well.

The latest Wonder Pick event also introduces some limited-time missions, offering players an opportunity to earn up to ninePokemon TCG Pocketevent tickets. This currency can then be exchanged for a new trio of accessories, including two backdrops: Venusaur and Snow Crystals. A Venusaur-themed binder cover is the third reward that’s presently exchangeable for the tickets. The missions requiring players to collect Bulbasaur and Magnemite only recognize the promo cards available through Chansey Picks for the duration of the event. Any other variant of these Pokemon will not count toward the mission requirements.

The ongoing event is planned to conclude on December 20, according to its in-game announcement. A second part of the promo is planned, though DeNa has not yet revealed its exact timing. In the meantime, the developer confirmed that any Event Shop Tickets earned during the first part of the event will also be valid for use in the second part.
