After speaking to Alber,change yourInfinity Nikkioutfitand wear the dress Mayor Lilina often wore. Speak to him again, and upon seeing your dress, he’ll be inspired to design a new hair for the Lilina’s statue. As thanks, he gives this new hair sketch.
